Scott advises companies and individuals in commercial and administrative litigation. A partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, Scott has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal court -- at trial and in appellate matters -- as well as in arbitrations, mediations and agency proceedings.  Scott has represented clients for the last 18 years on all facets of the Fair Housing Act, including training, compliance, and litigation.  He appears before the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as many state, city, and county anti-discrimination agencies.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild in 2008, Scott was with Bryan Cave LLP in Washington, DC, for more than 17 years. While in Washington, he also served as legislative director and press secretary to U.S. Representative Ike Skelton.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Scott is a member of the Board of Trustees at Germantown Academy as well as a member of Board of Governors at Sunnybrook Golf Club.
