"Why aren't people more like me? '' --Understanding what motivates and demotivates ourselves and our clients.   - Scott Sherwin with Sandler Training will present four distinct types of people that represent both  property managers and the people we encounter on a daily basis. He will show us how to understand our own personality style and how to recognize others' style and adapt in order to be an effective communicator.

Scott Sherwin, President of SalesMastery Consultants

Scott Sherwin began his career in sales in 1984. After 23 years of successful sales, Scott decided he wanted to teach and mentor others so they too may flourish with his unique approach to sales. In 2004, Scott became an authorized licensee of the Sandler Training®, with its outstanding worldwide reputation, and opened his own sales training business, SalesMastery Consultants Inc. With proven experience in non-traditional selling approaches through on-going training and reinforcement, Scott offers any size sales force effective training solutions for revenue growth.

Currently Scott is involved in many area associations and local Chambers of Commerce, educating their members on developing a professional selling culture, fixing their sales people and teaching them how to become remarkable. He serves as President of Cowtown Executive’s Association (CEA), a local executives only organization in Fort Worth. He was also named Member of the Year in 2013 in The Alternative Board (TAB), and is a key advisor to the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center and Idea Works. Scott writes countless articles regarding successful selling and has been published in the Fort Worth Business Press, the Star-Telegram, and many other local and national industry magazines. He is proud to support salespeople, local businesses, and the community.
