• Admission for 1 representative to monthly chapter meetings and events (excludes holiday events – additional guests +$25/ event)
• Recognition as a Gold Member at every chapter event at Drawing Giveaways.
• Opportunity to provide door prizes for added exposure at meetings (Vendor Chair to draw business cards from fishbowl.)
• Opportunity to sponsor chapter events (a la carte sponsorships)

Gold vendor members are prohibited from leaving marketing material at internal tables in the main meeting area. Those tables are available in the Platinum membership level. We encourage Gold members to approach individual members before, during and after the meeting to engage and provide marketing materials. Note: To be included on printed banners for the calendar year, ALL sponsors must enroll by January 15 for rollout at the January meeting.

Platinum Affiliate Member – $1,000/year
Spots are limited to 8 Platinum Level Vendor Members, first come first serve.

Includes all Gold Member benefits, plus:

• Use of small standup round tables in the main entry of the meeting space (as applicable, at NRH Community Center)
• Reserved Table Seating with Members in Meeting Room
  Vendors are intentionally seated with professional members during monthly meetings, encouraging organic relationship-building and real-time business discussions. Only Platinum member level is allowed to provide marketing materials to all tables.
• Exclusive Vendor Recognition Giveaway Drawing at Table
  Host a branded raffle at your table (e.g., gift card, swag basket, etc.). Attendees enter by connecting directly with you, making for meaningful one-on-one interaction. Vendors MUST have a giveaway prize to give away to maximize your exposure when called upon during the meetings.
• Premium logo placement on the chapter website, email campaigns, and printed materials
• Use of the official “Fort Worth/Mid-Cities NARPM Platinum Sponsor” digital logo for promotional use on your website, e-mail, etc.
• First opportunity for all chapter sponsorships and booth/table reservations.

• Admission for 2 representatives to monthly meetings (add’l guests +$25/ event)
• Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor at every chapter event (This occurs during the raffle for each Platinum table. The Platinum vendor will conduct their raffle they are giving the prize to create engagement and excited feeling to the professional member)
• Company branding and promotion on signage and/or slides if applicable at meetings and mixers
